Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

A mature male Black-tailed Skimmer dragonfly carrying the wing wounds of many battles with rival males.
Ariel dog fights between rival males can be spectacular to watch as each male tries to dissable their oponent by biting his wings. Should the main front wing spar be bitten through the wing would collapse and the dragonfly would be crippled and die.

I am a full-time Natural History and Wildlife photographer from Cheshire, in the North West UK. As well as taking photographs I teach photography at all levels and also specialise in digital workflow tuition and colour management. My passion is really for landscapes and seascapes together with macro photography and my beloved Norwegian Sea Eagles. Although I am a bit of a "technique-freak" I strive to teach people that photography is, at the end of the day, a visual art form; and as such it's all about the final image, and that as long as you achieve the desired result, then there's no right or wrong way of getting there - just more, or less, efficient ways!
